Guests will enter the property in to the hallway, which leads to the modern kitchen area, featuring an island-style breakfast bar, integrated appliances and an extra dining table with seating for four, this is the perfect place to entertain friends and family, and enjoy a home cooked meal or a takeaway from Guys Restaurant.

An open plan layout and the light décor give a spacious, airy feel to the property. The lounge has seating with two armchairs and a sofa, and a flat screen TV and fireplace. The sofa doubles up as a sofa bed to provide an extra sleeping space for two additional guests. Patio doors open out on to the decking at the front of the property, which has additional outdoor seating.

The beautifully presented bedrooms and main shower room are accessed via the hallway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and benefits from an en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom has a double bed.

The wrap around decking and enclosed, private garden gives plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoor space and is perfect for guests staying with children and pets.
