As you might have expected we had a great time at The Lawns caravan extravaganza. From our champagne breakfast to a Frank Sinatra finale our day had just about everything.
We kicked the day off with a delicious champagne breakfast that was superbly prepared by the team at Guy’s Café Bar and Restaurant. Bacon, smoked salmon, pastries, you name it we had it, as well as unlimited champagne was on offer to get the owners set up for a full day of caravan browsing.

Rounding up close to 200 owners and members of the PHLP family onto buses can be a bit of challenge but the enticement of our packed lunches and guide to the day meant that soon we were on our way to Cottingham. The first stop was the Cottingham Parks Lodge and Caravan Show at Cottingham Golf Club. Here we saw some of the great new models from manufactures such as Carabuild, Victory Leisure Homes, Delta and Lisset Homes.
At the Victory stand the owners enjoyed complementary drinks whilst taking a first look at the 2019 models from various manufacturers. The great thing about the caravan show is there are different specifications and styles to interest everyone, as we all have different tastes and require different things in a caravan, that’s why the caravan extravaganza is a great show to visit and get inspiration. After a great time at the golf club, the owners headed back on the coaches and on to The Lawns!
The Lawns is Europe’s largest caravan festival and it did not disappoint this year. The manufacturers pulled out all the stops with their finest new models. The PHLP team were based at the Carnaby stand and again were giving out exclusive drinks for the owners at Patrington Haven Leisure Park. Everyone had a fantastic day and even the rain didn’t dampen the spirits of the PHLP family! When the owners arrived back at the park a fabulous 2 course meal, champagne and show stopping entertainment was waiting for them, to end an amazing day.
