Yorkshire Day

Date: August 1, 2019

August 1st marks the celebration of Patrington Haven Leisure Park’s home county, Yorkshire. The largest and perhaps the most famous of all the UK’s counties, Yorkshire has plenty to offer for the whole family and what better place to use as your base to explore than Patrington Haven Leisure Park.

There’s plenty of ways to celebrate including

  • A classic cuppa of Yorkshire Tea
  • Enjoy a roast with all the trimmings with a focus on the Yorkshire puddings
  • A pint of Yorkshire bitter at Guy’s Café Bar and Restaurant
  • Catch up on a few episodes of Emmerdale

However, we think the best way to celebrate is to get out and explore the county. We’ve put together a list of our favourite attractions and destinations that are just a short drive from the park to celebrate the great county that is Yorkshire.
