If you are looking to holiday in style, then this brand new luxury holiday home is for you.

Perfect for couples, families and friends, and next door to one of our other properties, 15 Sherringham Way, this is also a great choice for larger groups travelling together that require more than one holiday home.  Small pets can accompany you on your break between the months of April & October.

The property is stylish and sleek, and has an open plan living space, this together with french doors, full length windows and a ceiling window gives it a spacious, light feeling.

In the lounge there are free standing sofas (one doubling up as a sofa bed) a large wall mounted smart TV with Netflix installed, a fireplace for cosy nights in and french doors opening out on to the front decking.  Wifi is included with your stay.

The kitchen has a contemporary feel with stylish dark green cupboard doors, an integrated full size fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave.  You will find everything you need to enjoy a self catering stay or if you fancy a night off cooking, why not order a Takeaway from Guy’s Restaurant who will deliver directly to your door.  Mealtimes can be enjoyed around the dining table with bench style seating.

The bathrooms, one off the hall and an ensuite off the master, create a sense of luxury with large showers, modern circular sink units, and the decor adds to the luxurious feel with a leaf printed wall design and black accessories.

The master bedroom has full length double windows, which look out on to the rear decking and provide plenty of light to the room.  There is a dressing room with a vanity table and mirror and the luxury ensuite.  The twin bedroom with bright accessories has two single beds and can be accessed off the hallway.  One of the sofas in the lounge is a double sofa bed which provides an additional sleeping area for two guests.  All beds are made up for your arrival and towels are included in your stay.

The outside space is wonderful, with a private enclosed garden, private parking, decking to the front, side and rear of the property and plenty of seating areas to choose from.  Sit back, relax and enjoy the amazing countryside views, and watch the sun set over the fields behind the holiday home.
