Josie has been very professional in every step of the way and has gone the extra mile to make it happen! She kept us informed of the progress throughout making it a positive experience for me & my family. On the day of handover she was very helpful, showed us everything we needed to know from her own experience living on site & useful tips/knowledge that she shared with us. We had a fabulous weekend, dining/food was excellent, pleasant & friendly bar staff. We had the pleasure of attending St Patrick’s event which exceeded our expectations & was delightful to see the connection between staff/owners & already feel part of the family! We look forward to making new friendships/memories and will definitely be recommending the park to our family/friends.

Our Patrington Haven Leisure Park lifestyle started in September 2020 when we stayed at an owner’s lodge for a short break with our new puppy, Toby! Fast forward to three days later, after experiencing the wonderful environment at the park, we purchased our first holiday home, receiving the keys in early October 2020.

When we initially arrived at Patrington Haven Leisure Park in the September, it became immediately apparent what an amazing community and place it is. From the beautifully manicured grounds and flowers, relaxing environment and surroundings, fantastic 5* facilities, to the extremely friendly and caring staff and owners alike. It’s truly transformed our way of life since then and we are now five years in to our journey and on our third, and final, dream lodge with beautiful uninterrupted views of the countryside and sunset. We love it so much that we have now been joined by friends, as well as my twin sister, Suzy Wright, who has recently become an owner too. As well as us, they also see how magical Patrington Haven Leisure Park and the community it has created is. We are so blessed to be part of this.

It’s fair to say that our “happy place” journey at Patrington Haven Leisure Park wouldn’t have been possible without the support and unparalleled knowledge from the Sales Team, in particular, Josie Allerston. From the start, Josie has guided us through the system and only ever provided support and advice that would benefit us. Truly the only thing you would ask for when making such an important decision. We are forever grateful for this wonderful service and what we have achieved together.

Being an owner at Patrington Haven Leisure Park has transformed, not only the way we think about spending our spare time, but increased our understanding of how important a special place to relax and unwind is in life. We can honestly say that we would recommend this wonder community to anyone who was thinking about taking a leap of faith and purchasing their very own “happy place”.

We were very warmly greeted by Marland. He discussed our requirements and after a few questions, he proceeded to show us 3 caravans that met our criteria. He showed us around some of the park, answering all our questions fully.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we didn’t feel pressured at any time. It was a warm day and it was nice to be offered cool refreshments as well as the option of coffee. We felt we were listened to and our views were taken into consideration.

Handover day was handled professionally and paperwork was explained so that we fully understood the process. A checklist was completed whilst we were at the caravan and any issues noted for action. Very thorough and very professional.

It was nice that Marland remembered my husband’s love of coffee and that he likes it strong (small things can make a big impression). The staff on reception were attentive and very efficient.

We have had a very positive experience with Patrington and are so excited about the years to come.

We first came to the park in September 2020 and met by Josie who was friendly and helpful.

We were shown around a few caravans that we liked and shown the facilities that were excellent!

We had a meal in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant that was superb.

Unfortunately, the timing just was not quite right for us, however we could not get the Park out of our heads.

Fast forward to December 2021 we saw a caravan on the website that we loved so we got back in touch with Josie who was as helpful as ever, so we went across to the park and loved the caravan, so we bought it there and then.

The handover went really smoothly, and we got our keys on the 7th February, it was my big 50 birthday whilst we were at Guy’s & Josie sorted out banners and balloons that were a lovely touch.

We’ve loved the park for the last 7 years and we traded in our old static!
Chris and Nick where brilliant also all the park staff who worked in vey poor weather to get our new van!

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park as it is a 5 Star park with great Country Club facilities, and has a garden plot with parking.

Team member Nick Hodgson was vey helpful and his communication’s were timely, he went the extra mile in making our holiday home a reality, a great asset to have on your team! The Patrington Team are so friendly we are looking forward to holidaying with you all!

Please describe your overall experience so far… Very relaxed feel to the whole ownership experience, no pushy sales people and plenty of choice. With time to digest what is a big decision, the whole package was the reason for our choice!
