We’ve loved the park for the last 7 years and we traded in our old static!
Chris and Nick where brilliant also all the park staff who worked in vey poor weather to get our new van!

Whether it’s an older caravan or one of the super new models, buying is a serious investment but one we haven’t regretted for a minute. We live just over two hours away so initially intended to visit alternate weekends, but we tend to come out every weekend if we don’t have plans at home.
Despite having a full kitchen with all the kit, I rarely cook as both the food and staff at Guys are fabulous. The entertainment programme adds to the holiday ‘vibe’ and we always try to make it to the special Owner Select events – something our friends who own at a site further up the coast are quite jealous of!
The minute you drive onto the Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds, you immediately relax. The other Owners have been very welcoming and there’s a real sense of community and loyalty to the site which speaks for itself.
We love it and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of holiday home ownership.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.

Josie, for all the time and effort she has made on our behalf. We needed a lot of reassurance before we bought again but her patience in responding to all our questions has been most commendable. We feel that we have been well looked after and we hope you will please tell her this.
When you do a stressful job the chance to unwind in pleasant surroundings is so important.

Our overall impression so far at PHLP is outstanding, we honestly intended to search around various sites to start with but as soon as we arrived at PHLP the feeling of warmth and welcoming
sealed the deal with ourselves! Josie was our first contact and she helped to guide us through the whole process of holiday home ownership from start to finish. Her attention to detail and helpfulness was impeccable.
