Friendly and relaxing place to be home from home. Josie was fantastic from start to finish she is a credit to the park. She as arranged every thing and always keen to help. We have been on site 5 years and would not move. Top quality facilities!

On arrival, you notice a beautifully maintained park. Options are discussed with knowledgeable staff and handover is seamless.
The ‘5 Star’ status is obvious once you enter the complex which houses a top restaurant, spa, gym & swimming pool.
The park is built around a stunning lake.
Transparent Sales staff & management, 5 Star facilities, serene environment, owners are valued, no fleet units and a 5 Star handover experience with thanks to Nick and Sonia.

Josie has been very professional in every step of the way and has gone the extra mile to make it happen! She kept us informed of the progress throughout making it a positive experience for me & my family. On the day of handover she was very helpful, showed us everything we needed to know from her own experience living on site & useful tips/knowledge that she shared with us. We had a fabulous weekend, dining/food was excellent, pleasant & friendly bar staff. We had the pleasure of attending St Patrick’s event which exceeded our expectations & was delightful to see the connection between staff/owners & already feel part of the family! We look forward to making new friendships/memories and will definitely be recommending the park to our family/friends.

We chose to upgrade our caravan and stay on Patrington Haven Leisure Park after being here for 9 years. It’s the best park on the East Coast. It’s a family run park with family values. We wouldn’t be anywhere else.

Big thank you to Nick who helped us from start to finish. Both with the paperwork and practical aspect of moving caravans. His support and communication has been excellent throughout. Also Guy and the rest of the team from office to grounds men. You’re all stars!

We enjoy the pool, the walks, the events, the food and the people on the park the most. The facilities are top class. I love coming here and relaxing and catching up with friends. I also love that we don’t have to wade through wet grass and puddles to get in and out of the caravan. Patrington Haven Leisure Park is so much more than that!

When we first came to the park 9 years ago I said it was a hidden jewel on the east coast …and it still is.

Feel valued as a new owner and all queries have been answered. Nothing seems too much trouble to resolve.
Cannot think of anything that could be done better. Very happy. 5 Star park visit, experience with the team and handover.
