Josie helped the upgrade process smooth and efficient!

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park because it has a lot to offer for both adults and children. So far our experience has been excellent and we chose to buy here because of the facilities that it has to offer and the fact we have family here too. Peter (sales team) made our experience very special!

Josie helped us find the perfect caravan!

A beautiful caravan in the perfect position allowing us to use the excellent facilities on site.
The site is immaculate, so clean and well maintained.

Excellent from start to finish, felt really welcomed!

Great family park with something for everyone of all ages, a beautiful oasis to spend quality time with family from the club house to the swimming pool, all the events and the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble thank you all. All have been amazing but a special shout out to Josie your a star!

The staff are amazing always on hand to help the facilities are spot on but the site is so beautifully cared for it makes for a peaceful haven as life is so busy! The lake and grounds are immaculately cared for but the swimming is so relaxing, I absolutely recommend it all it’s the complete package!

We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

We bought that day and handed over a couple of weeks after.

The handover was excellent and informative.

We first came to the park in September 2020 and met by Josie who was friendly and helpful.

We were shown around a few caravans that we liked and shown the facilities that were excellent!

We had a meal in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant that was superb.

Unfortunately, the timing just was not quite right for us, however we could not get the Park out of our heads.

Fast forward to December 2021 we saw a caravan on the website that we loved so we got back in touch with Josie who was as helpful as ever, so we went across to the park and loved the caravan, so we bought it there and then.

The handover went really smoothly, and we got our keys on the 7th February, it was my big 50 birthday whilst we were at Guy’s & Josie sorted out banners and balloons that were a lovely touch.
