In sales Nick was a wizard and Chris has the personal touch. Along with outstanding customer service by James in the Restaurant, with legendary knowledge.

Favourite features and facilities of the park: The park strives and achieves Olympic standard greatness. Marketing draws new people in and the passion for their work of employees ensures peak performance.

The culture and responsibility taken by all employees to assist and raise owners to highest level.
I cannot wait to use such an exciting pool. The restaurant and robots, sound system and indoor outside dining areas.

Marland made this experience an unforgettable one from start to finish. He went above and beyond any ‘reasonable’ expectation from the first time we spoke on the phone to when we visited the Park, staying 4 hours beyond ‘normal’ closing time. It wasn’t an issue for him. He answered all my questions and took the time to show us around the park, giving us an opportunity to choose the ‘right’ available plot. He showed us around the caravans for sale, without any pressure to buy.

So far the after-sales team has been incredibly helpful and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very highly recommended!

After hiring a caravan for a weekend getaway and being vey impressed with the site and it’s facilities we decided to buy one for ourselves! Pete was very helpful and professional. Not at all pushy, vey friendly and approachable. Factors that influenced our decision to choose Patrington Haven Leisure Park: child friendly, the garden plot, on pitch parking, clubhouse and facilities, established roads, choice of available caravans and no hard sell!
