After hiring a caravan for a weekend getaway and being vey impressed with the site and it’s facilities we decided to buy one for ourselves! Pete was very helpful and professional. Not at all pushy, vey friendly and approachable. Factors that influenced our decision to choose Patrington Haven Leisure Park: child friendly, the garden plot, on pitch parking, clubhouse and facilities, established roads, choice of available caravans and no hard sell!

The park is very well maintained and looks lovely.

Marland made this experience an unforgettable one from start to finish. He went above and beyond any ‘reasonable’ expectation from the first time we spoke on the phone to when we visited the Park, staying 4 hours beyond ‘normal’ closing time. It wasn’t an issue for him. He answered all my questions and took the time to show us around the park, giving us an opportunity to choose the ‘right’ available plot. He showed us around the caravans for sale, without any pressure to buy.

So far the after-sales team has been incredibly helpful and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very highly recommended!
