What were the main factors that influenced your decision to choose Patington Haven Leisure Park? The great amenities and cleanliness. We enjoy the lake for fishing, the gym, the swimming pool and the Country Club. It has everything on our wish list! It’s close to family & friends and all the staff are so friendly!

Just got that feeling when we walked on to the park. Josie was fantastic and went above n beyond!

We were very warmly greeted by Marland. He discussed our requirements and after a few questions, he proceeded to show us 3 caravans that met our criteria. He showed us around some of the park, answering all our questions fully.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we didn’t feel pressured at any time. It was a warm day and it was nice to be offered cool refreshments as well as the option of coffee. We felt we were listened to and our views were taken into consideration.

Handover day was handled professionally and paperwork was explained so that we fully understood the process. A checklist was completed whilst we were at the caravan and any issues noted for action. Very thorough and very professional.

It was nice that Marland remembered my husband’s love of coffee and that he likes it strong (small things can make a big impression). The staff on reception were attentive and very efficient.

We have had a very positive experience with Patrington and are so excited about the years to come.

Friendly and relaxing place to be home from home. Josie was fantastic from start to finish she is a credit to the park. She as arranged every thing and always keen to help. We have been on site 5 years and would not move. Top quality facilities!

After hiring a caravan for a weekend getaway and being vey impressed with the site and it’s facilities we decided to buy one for ourselves! Pete was very helpful and professional. Not at all pushy, vey friendly and approachable. When we came to Patrington Haven Leisure Park for the first time we had different ideas of what, if anything we were looking for.

My partner was interested in the fishing lake and maybe a low cost second hand holiday home, I was not sure if it would be for me.

Josie was so patient and explained everything in detail.

Josie went through all of our options and showed us different caravans and garden plots.

I was convinced! We picked a new Holiday home and a superb garden plot!

Everyone we have had contact with is so helpful and friendly, and we have been made to feel so welcome.
