We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park as it is a 5 Star park with great Country Club facilities, and has a garden plot with parking.

Team member Nick Hodgson was vey helpful and his communication’s were timely, he went the extra mile in making our holiday home a reality, a great asset to have on your team! The Patrington Team are so friendly we are looking forward to holidaying with you all!

Please describe your overall experience so far… Very relaxed feel to the whole ownership experience, no pushy sales people and plenty of choice. With time to digest what is a big decision, the whole package was the reason for our choice!

On arrival, you notice a beautifully maintained park. Options are discussed with knowledgeable staff and handover is seamless.
The ‘5 Star’ status is obvious once you enter the complex which houses a top restaurant, spa, gym & swimming pool.
The park is built around a stunning lake.
Transparent Sales staff & management, 5 Star facilities, serene environment, owners are valued, no fleet units and a 5 Star handover experience with thanks to Nick and Sonia.

We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

We bought that day and handed over a couple of weeks after.

The handover was excellent and informative.

Great family park with something for everyone of all ages, a beautiful oasis to spend quality time with family from the club house to the swimming pool, all the events and the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble thank you all. All have been amazing but a special shout out to Josie your a star!

The staff are amazing always on hand to help the facilities are spot on but the site is so beautifully cared for it makes for a peaceful haven as life is so busy! The lake and grounds are immaculately cared for but the swimming is so relaxing, I absolutely recommend it all it’s the complete package!

When we arrived at the Park, we thought how lovely it looked.

Very clean and tidy, flower beds and shrubs are all well kept.

Josie and the team are really friendly, we feel like we are visiting our own family whenever we are here, everyone is so welcoming.

Josie explained all of our paperwork in detail, her motivation and commitment to help us find the perfect holiday home, and garden plot was 100%.

We also love the fact that our daily refuse and garden waste is collected from our garden plot! Very handy!

There was a warming and friendly greeting from Josie, Josie went through everything with us, and showed us a number of caravans to suite our specifications, including the one we fell in love with, which we bought.

We are extremely happy with the experience from start to finish, and look forward to many happy years to come at Patrington Haven.
