Josie, for all the time and effort she has made on our behalf. We needed a lot of reassurance before we bought again but her patience in responding to all our questions has been most commendable. We feel that we have been well looked after and we hope you will please tell her this.
When you do a stressful job the chance to unwind in pleasant surroundings is so important.

Josie is really friendly and personal, she has gone out of her way to help us find our feet!

All of it is lovely, it’s the best choice we have made, so beautiful!

We first came to the park in September 2020 and met by Josie who was friendly and helpful.

We were shown around a few caravans that we liked and shown the facilities that were excellent!

We had a meal in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant that was superb.

Unfortunately, the timing just was not quite right for us, however we could not get the Park out of our heads.

Fast forward to December 2021 we saw a caravan on the website that we loved so we got back in touch with Josie who was as helpful as ever, so we went across to the park and loved the caravan, so we bought it there and then.

The handover went really smoothly, and we got our keys on the 7th February, it was my big 50 birthday whilst we were at Guy’s & Josie sorted out banners and balloons that were a lovely touch.

What were the main factors that influenced your decision to choose Patington Haven Leisure Park? The great amenities and cleanliness. We enjoy the lake for fishing, the gym, the swimming pool and the Country Club. It has everything on our wish list! It’s close to family & friends and all the staff are so friendly!

Josie helped us find the perfect caravan!

A beautiful caravan in the perfect position allowing us to use the excellent facilities on site.
The site is immaculate, so clean and well maintained.

Excellent from start to finish, felt really welcomed!
