On our drive to see the park for the first time it was pouring with rain and looking really miserable, as we arrived at PHLP the sun came out. Was this a sign we asked ourselves!
As we drove towards the reception, we commented how beautiful the flower beds looked. What a fantastic first impression.

We had arranged to meet Josie who gave us a very friendly welcome. We sat down with a coffee and discussed what we were looking for. Josie was very knowledgeable not only about the park and facilities, but also about the different models of caravans that would suit our needs.

Josie gave us a guided tour of the leisure club and park, all areas were spotlessly clean and everyone we passed had a smile on their face. Josie seemed to know everyone and they were all happy to see her. Everyone said hello, the dogs love her.

We had a lovely lunch in Guy’s restaurant, all the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful.

Josie then showed us some caravans that may have suited and garden plots to place them. We could not make our minds up about the caravan but knew Patrington Haven Leisure Park was the place we wanted to be. We had looked at 5 different parks before Patrington Haven Leisure Park and they did not come close to the friendliness and cleanliness of PHLP.

Not once did we feel pressured to commit to anything, we said we would go home and discuss caravan choice and get back to Josie. After a few days of discussion we decided neither caravan or garden plot were right for us. Josie said she would look for something else and get back to us.

Josie stuck to her word and got back to us with a different caravan and more choice of garden plots. We arranged to view on a Sunday, just so we could try the carvery. The carvery was fantastic, the caravan was perfect and so was the garden plot. Just like the man from Del-Monte we both said YES.

The whole process has been made so easy and stress free by all of the staff at PHLP. We took hold of our keys on 20th November and can’t wait to enjoy all that Patrington Haven Leisure Park has to offer.

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park as it is a 5 Star park with great Country Club facilities, and has a garden plot with parking.

Team member Nick Hodgson was vey helpful and his communication’s were timely, he went the extra mile in making our holiday home a reality, a great asset to have on your team! The Patrington Team are so friendly we are looking forward to holidaying with you all!

Please describe your overall experience so far… Very relaxed feel to the whole ownership experience, no pushy sales people and plenty of choice. With time to digest what is a big decision, the whole package was the reason for our choice!

Our overall impression so far at PHLP is outstanding, we honestly intended to search around various sites to start with but as soon as we arrived at PHLP the feeling of warmth and welcoming
sealed the deal with ourselves! Josie was our first contact and she helped to guide us through the whole process of holiday home ownership from start to finish. Her attention to detail and helpfulness was impeccable.

Whether it’s an older caravan or one of the super new models, buying is a serious investment but one we haven’t regretted for a minute. We live just over two hours away so initially intended to visit alternate weekends, but we tend to come out every weekend if we don’t have plans at home.
Despite having a full kitchen with all the kit, I rarely cook as both the food and staff at Guys are fabulous. The entertainment programme adds to the holiday ‘vibe’ and we always try to make it to the special Owner Select events – something our friends who own at a site further up the coast are quite jealous of!
The minute you drive onto the Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds, you immediately relax. The other Owners have been very welcoming and there’s a real sense of community and loyalty to the site which speaks for itself.
We love it and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of holiday home ownership.

The main factors that influenced me in choosing Patrington Haven Leisure Park: the investment in the new club facilities, quality food menu, and assisted financing. In sales Nick was a wizard and Chris has the personal touch. Along with outstanding customer service by James in the Restaurant, with legendary knowledge.

Favourite features and facilities of the park: The park strives and achieves Olympic standard greatness. Marketing draws new people in and the passion for their work of employees ensures peak performance.

The culture and responsibility taken by all employees to assist and raise owners to highest level.
I cannot wait to use such an exciting pool. The restaurant and robots, sound system and indoor outside dining areas.
