We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park as it is a 5 Star park with great Country Club facilities, and has a garden plot with parking.

Team member Nick Hodgson was vey helpful and his communication’s were timely, he went the extra mile in making our holiday home a reality, a great asset to have on your team! The Patrington Team are so friendly we are looking forward to holidaying with you all!

Please describe your overall experience so far… Very relaxed feel to the whole ownership experience, no pushy sales people and plenty of choice. With time to digest what is a big decision, the whole package was the reason for our choice!

Guy and Callum. Attended late at night and they both took their time and provided all relevant information even though it was after hours with no pressure applied to us at all.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.

Friendly and relaxing place to be home from home. Josie was fantastic from start to finish she is a credit to the park. She as arranged every thing and always keen to help. We have been on site 5 years and would not move. Top quality facilities!

We were very warmly greeted by Marland. He discussed our requirements and after a few questions, he proceeded to show us 3 caravans that met our criteria. He showed us around some of the park, answering all our questions fully.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we didn’t feel pressured at any time. It was a warm day and it was nice to be offered cool refreshments as well as the option of coffee. We felt we were listened to and our views were taken into consideration.

Handover day was handled professionally and paperwork was explained so that we fully understood the process. A checklist was completed whilst we were at the caravan and any issues noted for action. Very thorough and very professional.

It was nice that Marland remembered my husband’s love of coffee and that he likes it strong (small things can make a big impression). The staff on reception were attentive and very efficient.

We have had a very positive experience with Patrington and are so excited about the years to come.

We chose to upgrade our caravan and stay on Patrington Haven Leisure Park after being here for 9 years. It’s the best park on the East Coast. It’s a family run park with family values. We wouldn’t be anywhere else.

Big thank you to Nick who helped us from start to finish. Both with the paperwork and practical aspect of moving caravans. His support and communication has been excellent throughout. Also Guy and the rest of the team from office to grounds men. You’re all stars!

We enjoy the pool, the walks, the events, the food and the people on the park the most. The facilities are top class. I love coming here and relaxing and catching up with friends. I also love that we don’t have to wade through wet grass and puddles to get in and out of the caravan. Patrington Haven Leisure Park is so much more than that!

When we first came to the park 9 years ago I said it was a hidden jewel on the east coast …and it still is.

A lovely and well maintained site, the staff were all very polite and helpful especially Josie who was great!

The communication throughout the purchasing process was fantastic.
