When we arrived at the Park, we thought how lovely it looked.

Very clean and tidy, flower beds and shrubs are all well kept.

Josie and the team are really friendly, we feel like we are visiting our own family whenever we are here, everyone is so welcoming.

Josie explained all of our paperwork in detail, her motivation and commitment to help us find the perfect holiday home, and garden plot was 100%.

We also love the fact that our daily refuse and garden waste is collected from our garden plot! Very handy!

Such a lovely happy team at Patrington Haven Leisure Park.

We found the whole process extremely professional, relaxed and unpressured.

Martin explained everything and kept us up to date with how things were progressing.

We were impressed with the regular communication and how smooth the purchasing process was.

Once we had received the keys Martin walked us through everything we need to know within the caravan.

The Park is absolutely beautiful!

Martin greeted us on arrival he was very polite and friendly.

We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point.

All of the information was clearly explained and the handover was very professional

We spent a lot of time with Martin trying to find a caravan that met our specific needs, and Martin came up ‘trumps’

We first came to the park in September 2020 and met by Josie who was friendly and helpful.

We were shown around a few caravans that we liked and shown the facilities that were excellent!

We had a meal in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant that was superb.

Unfortunately, the timing just was not quite right for us, however we could not get the Park out of our heads.

Fast forward to December 2021 we saw a caravan on the website that we loved so we got back in touch with Josie who was as helpful as ever, so we went across to the park and loved the caravan, so we bought it there and then.

The handover went really smoothly, and we got our keys on the 7th February, it was my big 50 birthday whilst we were at Guy’s & Josie sorted out banners and balloons that were a lovely touch.

My husband and I have been having joint PT sessions with Jenny for some time now and I would highly recommend them. We’ve seen a huge improvement in our health both physical and mental.
Jenny is incredibly inspiring and knowledgeable, and we always leave feeling better than when we arrived!
Also, being able to train together is great because we motivate each other to work harder.

We were very warmly greeted by Marland. He discussed our requirements and after a few questions, he proceeded to show us 3 caravans that met our criteria. He showed us around some of the park, answering all our questions fully.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we didn’t feel pressured at any time. It was a warm day and it was nice to be offered cool refreshments as well as the option of coffee. We felt we were listened to and our views were taken into consideration.

Handover day was handled professionally and paperwork was explained so that we fully understood the process. A checklist was completed whilst we were at the caravan and any issues noted for action. Very thorough and very professional.

It was nice that Marland remembered my husband’s love of coffee and that he likes it strong (small things can make a big impression). The staff on reception were attentive and very efficient.

We have had a very positive experience with Patrington and are so excited about the years to come.
