Great family park with something for everyone of all ages, a beautiful oasis to spend quality time with family from the club house to the swimming pool, all the events and the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble thank you all. All have been amazing but a special shout out to Josie your a star!

The staff are amazing always on hand to help the facilities are spot on but the site is so beautifully cared for it makes for a peaceful haven as life is so busy! The lake and grounds are immaculately cared for but the swimming is so relaxing, I absolutely recommend it all it’s the complete package!

We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

We bought that day and handed over a couple of weeks after.

The handover was excellent and informative.

Overall stood way and beyond better than any other park we visited!
Josie was outstanding! The fact that she told us to look at the park first before even looking at vans or plots! Actually an excellent bit of advice.

Overall the whole park is exactly what we were looking for as first caravan owners!

The grounds, the leisure facilities the surrounding areas are all well maintained clean and inviting!

The food in the club house is good and the atmosphere is friendly! The garden plots are just brilliant and the staff are always around to help . If not there is always a friendly face that will help .

Marland made this experience an unforgettable one from start to finish. He went above and beyond any ‘reasonable’ expectation from the first time we spoke on the phone to when we visited the Park, staying 4 hours beyond ‘normal’ closing time. It wasn’t an issue for him. He answered all my questions and took the time to show us around the park, giving us an opportunity to choose the ‘right’ available plot. He showed us around the caravans for sale, without any pressure to buy.

So far the after-sales team has been incredibly helpful and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very highly recommended!

We first came to the park in September 2020 and met by Josie who was friendly and helpful.

We were shown around a few caravans that we liked and shown the facilities that were excellent!

We had a meal in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant that was superb.

Unfortunately, the timing just was not quite right for us, however we could not get the Park out of our heads.

Fast forward to December 2021 we saw a caravan on the website that we loved so we got back in touch with Josie who was as helpful as ever, so we went across to the park and loved the caravan, so we bought it there and then.

The handover went really smoothly, and we got our keys on the 7th February, it was my big 50 birthday whilst we were at Guy’s & Josie sorted out banners and balloons that were a lovely touch.

When we arrived at the Park, we thought how lovely it looked.

Very clean and tidy, flower beds and shrubs are all well kept.

Josie and the team are really friendly, we feel like we are visiting our own family whenever we are here, everyone is so welcoming.

Josie explained all of our paperwork in detail, her motivation and commitment to help us find the perfect holiday home, and garden plot was 100%.

We also love the fact that our daily refuse and garden waste is collected from our garden plot! Very handy!

Such a lovely happy team at Patrington Haven Leisure Park.
