Josie, for all the time and effort she has made on our behalf. We needed a lot of reassurance before we bought again but her patience in responding to all our questions has been most commendable. We feel that we have been well looked after and we hope you will please tell her this.

This is the second caravan I have purchased at Patrington Haven Leisure Park

I love the site, it is so peaceful and well kept.

All of the staff I have met are very friendly and have gone out of their way to help.

I was kept informed throughout the purchasing process and the handover went well.

Whether it’s an older caravan or one of the super new models, buying is a serious investment but one we haven’t regretted for a minute. We live just over two hours away so initially intended to visit alternate weekends, but we tend to come out every weekend if we don’t have plans at home.
Despite having a full kitchen with all the kit, I rarely cook as both the food and staff at Guys are fabulous. The entertainment programme adds to the holiday ‘vibe’ and we always try to make it to the special Owner Select events – something our friends who own at a site further up the coast are quite jealous of!
The minute you drive onto the Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds, you immediately relax. The other Owners have been very welcoming and there’s a real sense of community and loyalty to the site which speaks for itself.
We love it and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of holiday home ownership.

Josie was outstanding! The fact that she told us to look at the park first before even looking at vans or plots! Actually an excellent bit of advice.

The grounds, the leisure facilities the surrounding areas are all well maintained clean and inviting!

The food in the club house is good and the atmosphere is friendly! The garden plots are just brilliant and the staff are always around to help . If not there is always a friendly face that will help .

Friendly and relaxing place to be home from home. Josie was fantastic from start to finish she is a credit to the park. She as arranged every thing and always keen to help. We have been on site 5 years and would not move. Top quality facilities!
