We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

We bought that day and handed over a couple of weeks after.

Marland made this experience an unforgettable one from start to finish. He went above and beyond any ‘reasonable’ expectation from the first time we spoke on the phone to when we visited the Park, staying 4 hours beyond ‘normal’ closing time. It wasn’t an issue for him. He answered all my questions and took the time to show us around the park, giving us an opportunity to choose the ‘right’ available plot. He showed us around the caravans for sale, without any pressure to buy.

So far the after-sales team has been incredibly helpful and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very highly recommended!

On arrival, you notice a beautifully maintained park. Options are discussed with knowledgeable staff and handover is seamless.
The ‘5 Star’ status is obvious once you enter the complex which houses a top restaurant, spa, gym & swimming pool.

Friendly and relaxing place to be home from home. Josie was fantastic from start to finish she is a credit to the park. She as arranged every thing and always keen to help. We have been on site 5 years and would not move. Top quality facilities!

Whether it’s an older caravan or one of the super new models, buying is a serious investment but one we haven’t regretted for a minute. We live just over two hours away so initially intended to visit alternate weekends, but we tend to come out every weekend if we don’t have plans at home.
Despite having a full kitchen with all the kit, I rarely cook as both the food and staff at Guys are fabulous. The entertainment programme adds to the holiday ‘vibe’ and we always try to make it to the special Owner Select events – something our friends who own at a site further up the coast are quite jealous of!
The minute you drive onto the Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds, you immediately relax. The other Owners have been very welcoming and there’s a real sense of community and loyalty to the site which speaks for itself.
We love it and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of holiday home ownership.

The main factors that influenced me in choosing Patrington Haven Leisure Park: the investment in the new club facilities, quality food menu, and assisted financing. In sales Nick was a wizard and Chris has the personal touch. Along with outstanding customer service by James in the Restaurant, with legendary knowledge.

Favourite features and facilities of the park: The park strives and achieves Olympic standard greatness. Marketing draws new people in and the passion for their work of employees ensures peak performance.

The culture and responsibility taken by all employees to assist and raise owners to highest level.
I cannot wait to use such an exciting pool. The restaurant and robots, sound system and indoor outside dining areas.
