We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

What were the main factors that influenced your decision to choose Patington Haven Leisure Park? The great amenities and cleanliness. We enjoy the lake for fishing, the gym, the swimming pool and the Country Club. It has everything on our wish list! It’s close to family & friends and all the staff are so friendly!

Marland made this experience an unforgettable one from start to finish. He went above and beyond any ‘reasonable’ expectation from the first time we spoke on the phone to when we visited the Park, staying 4 hours beyond ‘normal’ closing time. It wasn’t an issue for him. He answered all my questions and took the time to show us around the park, giving us an opportunity to choose the ‘right’ available plot. He showed us around the caravans for sale, without any pressure to buy.

So far the after-sales team has been incredibly helpful and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very highly recommended!

Feel valued as a new owner and all queries have been answered. Nothing seems too much trouble to resolve.
