Just got that feeling when we walked on to the park. Josie was fantastic and went above n beyond!

On arrival, you notice a beautifully maintained park. Options are discussed with knowledgeable staff and handover is seamless.
The ‘5 Star’ status is obvious once you enter the complex which houses a top restaurant, spa, gym & swimming pool.
The park is built around a stunning lake.
Transparent Sales staff & management, 5 Star facilities, serene environment, owners are valued, no fleet units and a 5 Star handover experience with thanks to Nick and Sonia.

We’ve loved the park for the last 7 years and we traded in our old static!
Chris and Nick where brilliant also all the park staff who worked in vey poor weather to get our new van!

There was a warming and friendly greeting from Josie, Josie went through everything with us, and showed us a number of caravans to suite our specifications, including the one we fell in love with, which we bought.

We are extremely happy with the experience from start to finish, and look forward to many happy years to come at Patrington Haven.

Guy and Callum. Attended late at night and they both took their time and provided all relevant information even though it was after hours with no pressure applied to us at all.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.
