Guy and Callum. Attended late at night and they both took their time and provided all relevant information even though it was after hours with no pressure applied to us at all.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.

Whether it’s an older caravan or one of the super new models, buying is a serious investment but one we haven’t regretted for a minute. We live just over two hours away so initially intended to visit alternate weekends, but we tend to come out every weekend if we don’t have plans at home.
Despite having a full kitchen with all the kit, I rarely cook as both the food and staff at Guys are fabulous. The entertainment programme adds to the holiday ‘vibe’ and we always try to make it to the special Owner Select events – something our friends who own at a site further up the coast are quite jealous of!
The minute you drive onto the Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds, you immediately relax. The other Owners have been very welcoming and there’s a real sense of community and loyalty to the site which speaks for itself.
We love it and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of holiday home ownership.

There was a warming and friendly greeting from Josie, Josie went through everything with us, and showed us a number of caravans to suite our specifications, including the one we fell in love with, which we bought.

We are extremely happy with the experience from start to finish, and look forward to many happy years to come at Patrington Haven.

Josie has gone the extra mile to make our handover possible. It made the experience more
special, the whole team are amazing but extra thanks to Josie, Nick and Nicola you are amazing!
