How Much Are Site Fees And Running Costs?
The running costs are; Site Fees £2827.46, Rates £228.75, Water and Sewerage Rates £306.90, Electric Service Charge £134.39 and VAT £699.50. The total payable is £4,197.00
What are the different ways of paying for a holiday home?

Can I part-exchange my touring caravan or current static?
Trading in your touring caravan or existing static caravan is a fantastic way to maximize value for money on a new or pre-owned holiday home at Patrington Haven Leisure Park. For owners of any of the above, we will give you a minimum of £1,800 in part exchange.

The gym is fully equipped with industry-leading equipment and all of our staff are trained to the highest level. The pool is open daily from 6.30am and we even have an onsite sports massage therapist for all those aches and pains.

Our Spa is a little taste of luxury in the countryside and is your chance to enjoy some pampering and relaxation. Using the best Elemis products, all of our staff are trained to the highest level in the latest procedures.
