Our experience was essentially stress free and the team went out of their way to meet our needs. Josie, Nicola and Nick who all made our aspirations come true. Guy for being so kind and considerate.
There is nothing that we do not like about the park, so much so we upgraded within the year.

Our overall impression so far at PHLP is outstanding, we honestly intended to search around various sites to start with but as soon as we arrived at PHLP the feeling of warmth and welcoming
sealed the deal with ourselves! Josie was our first contact and she helped to guide us through the whole process of holiday home ownership from start to finish. Her attention to detail and helpfulness was impeccable.

Josie helped both in the sale/ information & delivered on requests, also adding useful ideas! The lake is lovely, Guy’s inviting & will enjoy the pool.

Friendly and relaxing place to be home from home. Josie was fantastic from start to finish she is a credit to the park. She as arranged every thing and always keen to help. We have been on site 5 years and would not move. Top quality facilities!

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park because it has a lot to offer for both adults and children. So far our experience has been excellent and we chose to buy here because of the facilities that it has to offer and the fact we have family here too. Peter (sales team) made our experience very special!

We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

We bought that day and handed over a couple of weeks after.
