From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park because it has a lot to offer for both adults and children. So far our experience has been excellent and we chose to buy here because of the facilities that it has to offer and the fact we have family here too. Before leaving the park on our first stay at Easter, I called into the sales office to enquire about home ownership. Josie spent time with us that day, listened very carefully to what we were looking for and then did her very best to offer us a choice of caravans along the lines we had discussed. We left feeling pretty confident that we would buy. Josie’s follow up since and her care and attention to detail has been exemplary and has made our first foray into caravan ownership so straight forward. She has gracefully put up with me asking a barrage of questions as well! Thankyou Josie for being brilliant.

We enjoy the overall appearance of the park – it feels really cared for and well looked after. The Country Club is first class!

It’s been a big step for us as first time buyers but you have all been so helpful and welcoming. We chose the park on the basis of it feeling like somewhere we would always enjoy being at and inviting our family and friends to join us too.

On arrival, you notice a beautifully maintained park. Options are discussed with knowledgeable staff and handover is seamless.
The ‘5 Star’ status is obvious once you enter the complex which houses a top restaurant, spa, gym & swimming pool.
The park is built around a stunning lake.
