Josie has gone the extra mile to make our handover possible. It made the experience more
special, the whole team are amazing but extra thanks to Josie, Nick and Nicola you are amazing!

Before leaving the park on our first stay at Easter, I called into the sales office to enquire about home ownership. Josie spent time with us that day, listened very carefully to what we were looking for and then did her very best to offer us a choice of caravans along the lines we had discussed. We left feeling pretty confident that we would buy. Josie’s follow up since and her care and attention to detail has been exemplary and has made our first foray into caravan ownership so straight forward. She has gracefully put up with me asking a barrage of questions as well! Thankyou Josie for being brilliant.

We enjoy the overall appearance of the park – it feels really cared for and well looked after. The Country Club is first class!

It’s been a big step for us as first time buyers but you have all been so helpful and welcoming. We chose the park on the basis of it feeling like somewhere we would always enjoy being at and inviting our family and friends to join us too.

Our Patrington Haven Leisure Park lifestyle started in September 2020 when we stayed at an owner’s lodge for a short break with our new puppy, Toby! Fast forward to three days later, after experiencing the wonderful environment at the park, we purchased our first holiday home, receiving the keys in early October 2020.

When we initially arrived at Patrington Haven Leisure Park in the September, it became immediately apparent what an amazing community and place it is. From the beautifully manicured grounds and flowers, relaxing environment and surroundings, fantastic 5* facilities, to the extremely friendly and caring staff and owners alike. It’s truly transformed our way of life since then and we are now five years in to our journey and on our third, and final, dream lodge with beautiful uninterrupted views of the countryside and sunset. We love it so much that we have now been joined by friends, as well as my twin sister, Suzy Wright, who has recently become an owner too. As well as us, they also see how magical Patrington Haven Leisure Park and the community it has created is. We are so blessed to be part of this.

It’s fair to say that our “happy place” journey at Patrington Haven Leisure Park wouldn’t have been possible without the support and unparalleled knowledge from the Sales Team, in particular, Josie Allerston. From the start, Josie has guided us through the system and only ever provided support and advice that would benefit us. Truly the only thing you would ask for when making such an important decision. We are forever grateful for this wonderful service and what we have achieved together.

Being an owner at Patrington Haven Leisure Park has transformed, not only the way we think about spending our spare time, but increased our understanding of how important a special place to relax and unwind is in life. We can honestly say that we would recommend this wonder community to anyone who was thinking about taking a leap of faith and purchasing their very own “happy place”.

This is the second caravan I have purchased at Patrington Haven Leisure Park

I love the site, it is so peaceful and well kept.

I was kept informed throughout the purchasing process and the handover went well.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.

On our drive to see the park for the first time it was pouring with rain and looking really miserable, as we arrived at PHLP the sun came out. Was this a sign we asked ourselves!
As we drove towards the reception, we commented how beautiful the flower beds looked. What a fantastic first impression.

We had arranged to meet Josie who gave us a very friendly welcome. We sat down with a coffee and discussed what we were looking for. Josie was very knowledgeable not only about the park and facilities, but also about the different models of caravans that would suit our needs.

Josie gave us a guided tour of the leisure club and park, all areas were spotlessly clean and everyone we passed had a smile on their face. Josie seemed to know everyone and they were all happy to see her. Everyone said hello, the dogs love her.

We had a lovely lunch in Guy’s restaurant, all the staff were very happy, friendly and helpful.

Josie then showed us some caravans that may have suited and garden plots to place them. We could not make our minds up about the caravan but knew Patrington Haven Leisure Park was the place we wanted to be. We had looked at 5 different parks before Patrington Haven Leisure Park and they did not come close to the friendliness and cleanliness of PHLP.

Not once did we feel pressured to commit to anything, we said we would go home and discuss caravan choice and get back to Josie. After a few days of discussion we decided neither caravan or garden plot were right for us. Josie said she would look for something else and get back to us.

Josie stuck to her word and got back to us with a different caravan and more choice of garden plots. We arranged to view on a Sunday, just so we could try the carvery. The carvery was fantastic, the caravan was perfect and so was the garden plot. Just like the man from Del-Monte we both said YES.

The whole process has been made so easy and stress free by all of the staff at PHLP. We took hold of our keys on 20th November and can’t wait to enjoy all that Patrington Haven Leisure Park has to offer.
