When we came to Patrington Haven Leisure Park for the first time we had different ideas of what, if anything we were looking for.

My partner was interested in the fishing lake and maybe a low cost second hand holiday home, I was not sure if it would be for me.

Josie was so patient and explained everything in detail.

What were the main factors that influenced your decision to choose Patington Haven Leisure Park? The great amenities and cleanliness. We enjoy the lake for fishing, the gym, the swimming pool and the Country Club. It has everything on our wish list! It’s close to family & friends and all the staff are so friendly!

Before leaving the park on our first stay at Easter, I called into the sales office to enquire about home ownership. Josie spent time with us that day, listened very carefully to what we were looking for and then did her very best to offer us a choice of caravans along the lines we had discussed. We left feeling pretty confident that we would buy. Josie’s follow up since and her care and attention to detail has been exemplary and has made our first foray into caravan ownership so straight forward. She has gracefully put up with me asking a barrage of questions as well! Thankyou Josie for being brilliant.

We enjoy the overall appearance of the park – it feels really cared for and well looked after. The Country Club is first class!

It’s been a big step for us as first time buyers but you have all been so helpful and welcoming. We chose the park on the basis of it feeling like somewhere we would always enjoy being at and inviting our family and friends to join us too.

The grounds, the leisure facilities the surrounding areas are all well maintained clean and inviting!

The food in the club house is good and the atmosphere is friendly! The garden plots are just brilliant and the staff are always around to help . If not there is always a friendly face that will help .
