Great family park with something for everyone of all ages, a beautiful oasis to spend quality time with family from the club house to the swimming pool, all the events and the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble thank you all. All have been amazing but a special shout out to Josie your a star!

The staff are amazing always on hand to help the facilities are spot on but the site is so beautifully cared for it makes for a peaceful haven as life is so busy! The lake and grounds are immaculately cared for but the swimming is so relaxing, I absolutely recommend it all it’s the complete package!

Josie, for all the time and effort she has made on our behalf. We needed a lot of reassurance before we bought again but her patience in responding to all our questions has been most commendable. We feel that we have been well looked after and we hope you will please tell her this.

Before leaving the park on our first stay at Easter, I called into the sales office to enquire about home ownership. Josie spent time with us that day, listened very carefully to what we were looking for and then did her very best to offer us a choice of caravans along the lines we had discussed. We left feeling pretty confident that we would buy. Josie’s follow up since and her care and attention to detail has been exemplary and has made our first foray into caravan ownership so straight forward. She has gracefully put up with me asking a barrage of questions as well! Thankyou Josie for being brilliant.

We enjoy the overall appearance of the park – it feels really cared for and well looked after. The Country Club is first class!

It’s been a big step for us as first time buyers but you have all been so helpful and welcoming. We chose the park on the basis of it feeling like somewhere we would always enjoy being at and inviting our family and friends to join us too.

Our overall impression so far at PHLP is outstanding, we honestly intended to search around various sites to start with but as soon as we arrived at PHLP the feeling of warmth and welcoming
sealed the deal with ourselves! Josie was our first contact and she helped to guide us through the whole process of holiday home ownership from start to finish. Her attention to detail and helpfulness was impeccable.

5 Star Experience with the team and 5 Star handover!

Josie helped both in the sale/ information & delivered on requests, also adding useful ideas! The lake is lovely, Guy’s inviting & will enjoy the pool.

Guy and Callum. Attended late at night and they both took their time and provided all relevant information even though it was after hours with no pressure applied to us at all.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.
