Several beautiful beaches and seaside towns are within easy reach, perfect for day trips and family outings. Enjoy tranquillity with the Yorkshire coast at Withernsea just a 10-minute drive away. The city centre of Hull is only a 35-40 minute drive, offering additional shopping, cultural attractions, and entertainment.
The park is surrounded by farmland, bridleways, and open fields. The peace here is genuine; no motorway noise, no crowds, just birdsong and fresh air. Yet Patrington village is a short walk away with local shops and cafes.
Withernsea beach is just 10 minutes by car, offering dog-friendly stretches of sand at certain times of the year and a traditional seaside atmosphere. While the park doesn’t have direct beach access, the Yorkshire coast is close enough for spontaneous afternoon trips.
