Welcome to our special place, a static caravan holiday home situated on the 5* Patrington Haven Leisure Park, Patrington, Yorkshire which is celebrating 40 years in 2024.Our lovely holiday home is well equipped and can sleep up to 6 people. We are dog and child friendly. A information pack is supplied in the caravan.

New decking and skirting has been added. There is a good size garden with a fence and gate at the front to access the garden and furniture.

A shower, washbasin and WC are accessed from both the master bedroom and hall way. A separate washbasin and WC are accessed from the hallway too.

We are supplying bedding and towels. There is an iron, hair dryer, full sized integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker, toaster, microwave. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

For children:
The decking is secure with gates both ends.
The garden can be accessed directly from rear of the decking.
They are supervised whilst in the caravan.

We are happy to accommodate a small dog, please advise on booking.
We all know that accidents do happen and we ask that you phone us as soon as possible.

The holiday home is available at £77 per night (minimum 3 nights) from June to 25 July.

The holiday home is available at £85 per night (minimum 3 nights) from 26 July to 20 September. From 21September to June at £77 per night (minimum 3 nights). These prices include bedding and all towels.

We want all our guests, both 2 and 4 legged friends to enjoy your holiday to the fullest and hopefully you will return.

The calendar shows availability. Please email above address giving name, contact details, dog (if applicable) and dates. Once your booking request has been received and the dates confirmed you will be asked to pay a deposit of £250.00 by bank transfer to secure the dates.

Within 48 hours you will be required to pay by bank transfer the balance of £460.00 which will also includes £150.00 damage charge. On the starting day you will receive a text with the key code. If the caravan is returned in the same condition then the £150.00 will be refunded by bank transfer.
