We have looked at many sites but this was the best. We found value for your money and the staff are always willing to help, even after you buy your caravan they are still there to help.

Nothing is too much trouble, even the owners are there to help. Wished I had found this site years ago!

After looking round several parks, we came to Patrington Haven Leisure Park and fell in love. Martin showed us round and our journey began. He went above and beyond to support us with absolutely no pressure but he was always there to help and support us answering every question we had.

Now here we are in our beautiful lodge.

The handover was smooth and the staff at Reception have been amazing. Thanks to Josie, Gareth and Nick for your support but most of all, a massive thanks to Martin for understanding our vision and supporting us throughout the process.

For those who do not know the site do NOT try to compare it with Park Resorts or Haven. Nothing at all like those.

It took me 5 years to manage to get a caravan. So glad I kept on trying.

Lovely vans at good prices and a lovely quiet park. Great staff who actually care, from Guy, all the way through to all the staff onsite.

We have owned on Patrington Haven Leisure Park for the past 5 years. We love everything about the Park from the facilities, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, entertainment to the staff and our fellow owners/friends.

We took a long time searching for the ideal Caravan Park throughout Yorkshire and came upon this Park by chance as our relative, living in the Lake District, wanted to move back to his roots in East Yorkshire. We immediately bought a lovely large Static Caravan on the first day of our visit and our relative and his wife bought one 2 years later.

We have a lovely garden plot which we enjoy especially when we have barbecues with our many friends on the site.

We frequently visit the restaurant/bar, I personally, would not have the courage to go into a public house on my own but have no fear of going in on my own as there is always a friendly face to greet you.

Everyone from the owners of the Park to the office staff are very friendly and approachable and I cannot praise and thank them enough for their care and attention.

I visited a couple of sites before deciding to purchase at Patrington Haven Leisure Park and I am glad that I had the opportunity to experience 2 very different sites and sales teams.

At Patrington they were keen to fully understand what I wanted before our meeting, they had picked out 2 caravans which fitted my requirements perfectly, 3 bedrooms, and within my budget. They were right! Both suited my needs.

There were a few things that I noticed that happened in the background whilst we had our meeting. Owners who called in to reception for general day to day requests the staff knew them by name! How amazing is that when you think about how many owners they would interact with! The staff including Guy, the Park owner, spoke to each other in a relaxed friendly manner, the family feel was there, both with owners and staff.

This place really is a community, we are quickly getting to know other owners and their families.

The facilities are really as amazing as they looked on my visit. The staff are amazing and within the first week they all know me and my kids by name.

I am now a month into ownership and no regrets! This is by far the best purchase I have ever made. We are making memories, friends, and are now part of this amazing family at Patrington.

People who are looking to buy or move sites must come along to Patrington Haven Leisure Park and take a look.

You will not be disappointed. There is something for everyone, friendly staff and great entertainment.

I would not go anywhere else. Absolutely love it and glad I took the plunge.
