We recently moved to Patrington Haven from another park in the area. The reason we did move was the beauty of the place and the standards of facilities and the length of time they are open. It’s very peaceful and quiet and the move was easy. If you’re thinking about moving parks, just get it done and don’t dawdle.

We bought our caravan in February this year. We love coming here as everyone is so friendly and helpful, always a clean and very well maintained park, it's a safe place for children . Jamie and the team work hard and have always got time for you. It's well worth a look first before looking elsewhere.

I mentioned to friends that I was looking for a caravan and they suggested Patrington Haven as they have one there and love it.

I filled in the online enquiry form and Rose was in touch the next day and I went for a visit a few days later. She answered every one of my list of questions and started ticking all of my boxes. We went for a walk around the park and the more I saw, the more impressed I was. I arranged to go the next weekend and look at a few caravans with a friend and had narrowed it down from the ones I saw on the website and Rose suggested another couple.

She had asked me questions and came up with the ideal plot for me! I made my decision that day and bought the caravan that I now am excited about taking full ownership of in a couple of weeks when the necessary checks etc have been carried out.

I never felt pressured and they have been helpful and friendly in every aspect of my decision and I have no hesitation in recommending the park to anyone.

We viewed a lot of static caravan parks before settling on Patrington. We chose Patrington for it's amazing facilities, the peace and quiet on the site and how beautiful and well maintained it is. We have also never once walked around site and had a member of staff ignore us they always say hello and so do the other home owners.

For us the sales side was also very important. Our sales advisor was Rose and she has been amazing, nothing too much trouble, answered a million questions, reassured us and never once did she try the hard sell. She just gave us information so that we could make our own informed choice. We never once heard the usual sales patter of, hurry or you will loose out! We don't like to feel like we are being pressured for a sale and Patrington never did this. Yes No matter what decision we would have made we feel that Rose would have been respectful of our choice. We explained our needs and the caravan we have purchased is just perfect and Rose found it for us. She has been wonderful.

The hand over was good and the few teething issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally with no argument. It makes a change to be treated like a valued customer not just a number that makes people money.

I invited my family to the park to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday . I would like say what excellent service we received this evening. Members of my family have stayed at some of the top hotels in the country and not received the service we received tonight. Absolutely the best service ever. Last time we ordered from Guy's I gave a well deserved 6/6 stars. The food was outstanding. In that review I wrote how I thought it would be good if they offered a home made garlic mayo. Fast forward a couple of weeks, we ordered again last night, and not only was our food amazing, tasty, top quality restaurant standard food, but the chef also sent me a tub of garlic mayo (that I never asked for on my order). I was very impressed that he is obviously reading his customers reviews, and taking on-board their opinions. Without a single doubt this is by far the best takeaway/restaurant in the area. 10/10!
