1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all finance arrangements offered or facilitated by Patrington Haven Leisure Park (“the Park”). By applying for finance, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Finance is available subject to status, affordability checks, and approval.

2. Eligibility
Available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
All applications are subject to identity verification, affordability assessment, and credit reference agency checks.
Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Internal (In-House) Finance
Internal finance is provided directly by Patrington Haven Leisure Park under a separate Finance Agreement.
Affordability checks will be carried out to ensure that the applicant can reasonably meet repayments without financial hardship.
Credit checks will be conducted as part of the application process.
The Finance Agreement will set out:
Total amount financed
Interest rates and fees (if applicable)
Monthly repayment schedule
Early repayment options and charges
Failure to maintain repayments may result in:
Default charges
Repossession of the Holiday Home
Reporting to credit reference agencies

4. External (Third-Party) Finance
The Park may refer you to approved external lenders.
All external lenders conduct their own:
Credit checks
Affordability assessments
Identity and anti-fraud checks
Approval, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other terms are determined solely by the lender.
Completion of a purchase using external finance is conditional on lender approval.
Patrington Haven Leisure Park is not responsible for decisions, terms, or disputes with third-party lenders.

5. Credit Checks
Applying for finance authorises the Park and/or any referred lender to carry out credit searches with licensed credit reference agencies.
Credit searches may appear on your credit file and may be visible to other lenders.
This allows responsible lending and affordability assessment.

6. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Data may be shared with credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies, and lenders for the purpose of assessing and administering finance.

7. Important Notices
Missing payments may affect your credit rating.
Finance may be withdrawn or terminated if terms are not met.
You should read your Finance Agreement and SECCI carefully and consider seeking independent financial advice.
Complaints can be submitted via the Park’s Complaints Procedure or referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
