We looked at a couple of holiday parks, but Patrington Haven stood out.
Josie was very helpful and made us feel welcome and relaxed from our first meeting.
Josie kept in touch with us throughout the entire purchasing process, and our handover went smoothly.
~ Mr & Mrs Greaves ~After a family member bought a van, we were lucky to get one too a couple of years ago, all be it an older van we loved it and the park. Fast forward and our dream has come true and we now own a lodge, hopefully to make many years of great memories with our family and friends!
What influenced us to choose Patrington Haven Leisure Park… Everything, the facilities, the people, the staff, private garden, family members, and it’s family run.
Josie and Guy just made it feel right and perfect for us.

Our Christmas lunch was beautiful. Everything was cooked perfectly and arrived piping hot. The only downside was that we didn’t get our mince pies or chocolate truffles but that’s wasn’t a problem at all. One of my children couldn’t make it and as we had already paid we asked if we could take the meal away. Gareth came to our table personally with it all wrapped up in tubs and in a bag. Thank you so much to all the staff at Guys. Fantastic job. X
~ Andrea Cawood ~Josie has been very professional in every step of the way and has gone the extra mile to make it happen! She kept us informed of the progress throughout making it a positive experience for me & my family. On the day of handover she was very helpful, showed us everything we needed to know from her own experience living on site & useful tips/knowledge that she shared with us. We had a fabulous weekend, dining/food was excellent, pleasant & friendly bar staff. We had the pleasure of attending St Patrick’s event which exceeded our expectations & was delightful to see the connection between staff/owners & already feel part of the family! We look forward to making new friendships/memories and will definitely be recommending the park to our family/friends.
Overall stood way and beyond better than any other park we visited!
Josie was outstanding! The fact that she told us to look at the park first before even looking at vans or plots! Actually an excellent bit of advice.
Overall the whole park is exactly what we were looking for as first caravan owners!
The grounds, the leisure facilities the surrounding areas are all well maintained clean and inviting!
The food in the club house is good and the atmosphere is friendly! The garden plots are just brilliant and the staff are always around to help . If not there is always a friendly face that will help .
Definitely a good purchase!
