It has been great from start to finish!

We have had holidays here in the past and we loved the Park every time, that’s why we made the decision to buy a caravan here.

Martin was brilliant, he was always there to help and guide us through the process.

5 star service!

First session of the toddler swimming was brilliant, will be coming every week!
We have missed it, charlie loved it, thankyou to the lady who took it, very professional.

The entrance to the Park was lovely, very clean and well kept.

We spoke with Martin, who was very welcoming.

Martin explained all the information about holiday home ownership, timescales and really listened to the type of caravan we wanted.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant.

Martin stayed in touch with us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had.

We also had exceptional service form Olivia in the aftersales department, she was brilliant!

We will be recommending the Park to all our friends and family.

Our overall impression so far at PHLP is outstanding, we honestly intended to search around various sites to start with but as soon as we arrived at PHLP the feeling of warmth and welcoming
sealed the deal with ourselves! Josie was our first contact and she helped to guide us through the whole process of holiday home ownership from start to finish. Her attention to detail and helpfulness was impeccable.

What were the main factors that influenced your decision to choose Patington Haven Leisure Park? The great amenities and cleanliness. We enjoy the lake for fishing, the gym, the swimming pool and the Country Club. It has everything on our wish list! It’s close to family & friends and all the staff are so friendly!

Josie has been very professional in every step of the way and has gone the extra mile to make it happen! She kept us informed of the progress throughout making it a positive experience for me & my family. On the day of handover she was very helpful, showed us everything we needed to know from her own experience living on site & useful tips/knowledge that she shared with us. We had a fabulous weekend, dining/food was excellent, pleasant & friendly bar staff. We had the pleasure of attending St Patrick’s event which exceeded our expectations & was delightful to see the connection between staff/owners & already feel part of the family! We look forward to making new friendships/memories and will definitely be recommending the park to our family/friends.
