We had looked thoroughly online at the site, and when we drove down the drive it did not disappoint. The gardens are very well maintained.

Josie was so lovely and professional; she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

We had two children with us who Josie included with in all the conversations.

We bought that day and handed over a couple of weeks after.

The handover was excellent and informative.

Josie has been very professional in every step of the way and has gone the extra mile to make it happen! She kept us informed of the progress throughout making it a positive experience for me & my family. On the day of handover she was very helpful, showed us everything we needed to know from her own experience living on site & useful tips/knowledge that she shared with us. We had a fabulous weekend, dining/food was excellent, pleasant & friendly bar staff. We had the pleasure of attending St Patrick’s event which exceeded our expectations & was delightful to see the connection between staff/owners & already feel part of the family! We look forward to making new friendships/memories and will definitely be recommending the park to our family/friends.

There was a warming and friendly greeting from Josie, Josie went through everything with us, and showed us a number of caravans to suite our specifications, including the one we fell in love with, which we bought.

We are extremely happy with the experience from start to finish, and look forward to many happy years to come at Patrington Haven.

A beautiful caravan in the perfect position allowing us to use the excellent facilities on site.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.
