Upon arrival to the Park I was not let down!

A very well kept and clean Park!

There was a warming and friendly greeting from Josie, Josie went through everything with us, and showed us a number of caravans to suite our specifications, including the one we fell in love with, which we bought.

We are extremely happy with the experience from start to finish, and look forward to many happy years to come at Patrington Haven.

Patrington Haven Leisure Park has peaceful beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, competitive price, and overall friendliness teamed with efficiency.

Pete made the experience extra special with a 5 Star Handover.

Josie has been on hand since day 1 to advise and inform and give tips. She also sourced us a really good deal!
Shout out to Nick for introducing us to the park as didn’t even know it existed.
Factors that influenced our decision to choose Patrington Haven Leisure Park: Spa and gym facilities and The Country Club, it’s not owned by a large chain, easily commutable from home address, 5 star award winning Site, competitive site fees, no age limit on the park, full transparency regarding fees and what’s included, along with a great website full of information.

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park to be closer to friends and the facility’s, plus the fact it’s a 5 star park!

Josie made eveything run smoothly. I’ve not had chance to use all the facilities yet but loved pat fest!

So far it’s been the best decision I have made!

We were very warmly greeted by Marland. He discussed our requirements and after a few questions, he proceeded to show us 3 caravans that met our criteria. He showed us around some of the park, answering all our questions fully.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we didn’t feel pressured at any time. It was a warm day and it was nice to be offered cool refreshments as well as the option of coffee. We felt we were listened to and our views were taken into consideration.

Handover day was handled professionally and paperwork was explained so that we fully understood the process. A checklist was completed whilst we were at the caravan and any issues noted for action. Very thorough and very professional.

It was nice that Marland remembered my husband’s love of coffee and that he likes it strong (small things can make a big impression). The staff on reception were attentive and very efficient.

We have had a very positive experience with Patrington and are so excited about the years to come.

We chose Patrington Haven Leisure Park because it has a lot to offer for both adults and children. So far our experience has been excellent and we chose to buy here because of the facilities that it has to offer and the fact we have family here too. Peter (sales team) made our experience very special!
